Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with The Vernis Vault. Below you’ll find details regarding order processing, shipping times, and delivery expectations.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

    •    Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    •    Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship the package.

The Vernis Vault is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

    •    Please contact the shipping carrier directly

    •    File a claim with the carrier if necessary

We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for carrier-related issues.
